on memorial day, we shot guns. aaron's home teaching companion has several guns and was nice enough to take us out shooting with him and his wife. we drove up through spanish fork canyon, down a muddy, rocky road, until we got to the war zone. the evidence of other people's shotgun shells were everywhere.
aaron said that he has wanted to shoot guns ever since he was 14 and shot them for boy scouts or something. he finally got to live out his dreams.
i didn't really have the same dreams, but it was fun to shoot them! my prize was getting a few clay pigeons to explode in the air. aaron's prize was shooting a quarter with a rifle from a good distance.
